Job Title: BIM Operations Manager

Company Overview

Our client is a leading architecture and design firm with a global presence. They are seeking a highly skilled BIM Operations Manager to lead the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes in their Mumbai office.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), defining company-wide BIM requirements and workflows, and ensuring alignment with ISO19650 standards and global procedures. They will also oversee the local Revit-capable team, managing BIM execution processes, and ensure the highest standards of BIM quality, innovation, and efficiency across projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) to align with global technical and quality standards.
  • Manage communication and rollout of any BIM standards changes within the Mumbai office.
  • Drive implementation of group BIM workflows, tools, and standards at the local level.
  • Lead staff training, induction, and knowledge-sharing for BIM practices.
  • Coordinate and manage project BIM deliverables, reducing errors and delays.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or relevant Built Environment disciplines.
  • Indian qualified professional with minimum 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in Revit and BIM processes, ideally with experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction company.
  • Proven understanding of ISO19650 implementation and compliance.
