Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to drive strategic decisions and propel our organization forward. This individual will excel in developing and implementing financial strategies that align with our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Closing and Financial Reporting
    • Lead the month-end and year-end close processes for US entities in accordance with US GAAP, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
  • Accounting and Financial Analysis
    • Supervise and review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
    • Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, providing insightful recommendations for business improvement.
  • General Ledger Management
    • Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, adhering to corporate accounting policies and procedures, and ensuring seamless integration with other financial systems.
  • Internal Controls and Compliance
    • Implement and monitor internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Team Leadership
    • Manage a team of accountants, providing leadership, mentoring, and performance evaluations to foster growth and development.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes and systems, identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in accounting roles, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks Enterprise).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
