Job Title:

BIM Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks & AutoCAD, BIM360, and BIM Track.

Responsibilities:
  • Review 3D Models from consultants and contractors
  • Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks Manage
  • Manage Views to Issues
  • Automated Grouped Clashes
  • BIM Track Settings for Navisworks
  • Interactive clash pinpoint display in Navisworks models with sectioning filter to better visualize your clash locations
  • Clash Status Synchronization
  • Navis works Clash and Viewpoint Management
  • Publish a model to Viewer from Navisworks
  • Clashes to issues: Publish issues with different Properties/attributes from the Clash Detective and Publish issues as multiple batches
  • Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit
  • Early design review and constructability analysis
  • Manage / Update BIM Project Documents
  • 3D Model Quantity Extraction / Verification
  • 4D Scheduling / Simulation using Autodesk Navisworks
  • Hold weekly coordination meetings with project team members
Requirements:
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, hardworking and able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels
  • Experience in BIM Track issues Creation
  • Experience in Navis works Viewpoint Creation
  • Expert in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks & AutoCAD, BIM360, BIM Track
  • Good Knowledge in Integrated Features of BIM Track for Navisworks
  • Knowledge of basic construction processes and procedures especially Mechanical and Plumbing
  • Advanced PC skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
  • Completed bachelor's in engineering with 3 + work experience
  • BIM knowledge and interest in working with Construction Technology
