Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead the design of our commercial spaces. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for interior design and a strong understanding of commercial furniture and interior solutions.

  • Develop and implement innovative interior design concepts that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to assess client spaces and provide expert recommendations for layout and design improvements.
  • Design and specify interior finishes, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local building codes.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through successful project completion, new business development, and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, and designers, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain expertise and competitiveness.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in interior design, preferably in a commercial or hospitality setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • LEED AP or other sustainability certifications.
  • Experience with BIM and other digital tools.
