Business Growth Strategist

Our team is seeking a skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our growing analytics group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven insights and innovative strategies.

  • Conduct comprehensive cohort analysis using data from leading platforms to track user acquisition, retention, and revenue performance across different user segments and acquisition channels.
  • Develop and maintain advanced attribution models to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize budget allocation across channels.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design, optimize, and maintain data pipelines that process large datasets for analytical purposes.
  • Build complex SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets for growth insights.
  • Create interactive dashboards in Metabase to visualize key performance metrics and provide self-service analytics for stakeholders.
  • Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns on growth metrics.
  • Partner with client teams to optimize campaigns, identify growth features, and align analytics with business planning.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and benchmark performance.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast user behavior, revenue projections, and campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Growth Strategist, Marketing Analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably in mobile app or SaaS environments.
  • Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis, with specific experience in Snowflake data warehousing.
  • Advanced experience with Metabase for creating interactive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience with leading mobile attribution platforms, with specific expertise in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Deep understanding of mobile app growth metrics, including LTV, CAC, ROAS, retention rates, and revenue attribution models.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies, experimental design, and statistical significance testing.
  • Experience working as a contractor or consultant, with the ability to quickly integrate into client teams and deliver results.
