Flecks Labs builds casual games that delight players worldwide. We're seeking a User Acquisition Manager to drive profitable growth through precision targeting, smart bidding, and creative iteration.
This role is ideal for a marketer who treats growth as a math problem, thrives on efficiency, and knows how to scale campaigns profitably.
- Plan, execute, and continuously optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.
- Develop strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS), not just installs or click-through rates (CTRs).
- Analyze deep-funnel metrics and adjust strategy based on true value generation.
- Run sophisticated creative testing and iterate on high-performing ad types.
- Build attribution models and cohort analyses using tools like AppsFlyer and Adjust.
- Collaborate with product teams on monetization strategies and LTV-boosting features.
Requirements
- 2+ years of user acquisition experience in casual mobile games or performance marketing with a strong ROAS mandate.
- Deep expertise with Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, and rewarded video networks.
- Track record of scaling UA with positive unit economics.
- Strong analytical mindset with fluency in Excel, cohort models, CAC/LTV analysis, and predictive ROAS models.
- Familiarity with attribution platforms and key metrics.
