HR Compliance Specialist

About the Role:
An experienced and skilled professional is required to oversee HR compliance across various locations. The successful candidate will ensure timely adherence to all applicable statutory and regulatory labour laws, including those specific to the financial services industry.
The role involves end-to-end execution, documentation, governance, vendor coordination, audits, and proactive process improvement across HR compliance activities at the entity and group levels.
- Ensure timely compliance with all applicable labour laws.
- Oversee state-wise compliance requirements and filings across locations.
- Conduct onboarding checks for statutory forms and declarations.
- Address and resolve employee PF-related queries in coordination with vendors and regional offices.
- Ensure real-time tracking and closure of compliance deliverables using a compliance tracking system.
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Labour Law, or related field.
- Addition certification in labour law or statutory compliance is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR compliance, preferably in a regulated industry (financial services, fintech, or insurance).
- Hands-on experience managing compliance audits, inspections, and liaising with regulatory authorities.
- Strong knowledge of central and state labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Familiarity with sector-specific compliance (IRDAI, RBI, SEBI).
