Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our cross-border payments team in a senior management capacity.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategically identify and manage relationships with key clients across international markets, including the USA, UK, Europe, and APAC.
  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth across regions, aligning with market needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, partners, and industry leaders to promote our cross-border payment solutions and expand our global presence.
  • Contribute strategically to new market entry and expansion initiatives, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives and market competitiveness.
  • Design and present compelling value propositions for our cross-border payment solutions, tailored to meet global compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms that support both client needs and company objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-border sales activities and client onboarding.
  • Achieve targets related to Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), revenue, and customer flows from international markets, driving profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Identify market opportunities and leverage industry connections to generate leads, influence decision-makers, and close deals effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within cross-border payments, fintech, or foreign exchange.
  • Proven expertise in international markets, with a track record of successful deal-making and managing complex client relationships.
  • Strong performance history in meeting and exceeding revenue targets, with a results-driven approach.
  • A proactive self-starter with the ability to innovate and improve processes independently.
  • Ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders and align cross-functional teams toward sales objectives.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and effectively manage high-pressure situations.
  • Demonstrated consultative selling skills and the ability to close high-value, cross-border deals.
