Financial Operations Manager

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive financial professional to join our finance team. The role will support financial planning, accounting, compliance, and reporting for a global brand.
About the Role:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate recording of revenues, expenses, and international transactions.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Support budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Assist in preparing management reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Provide insights on financial performance for business decisions.
Compliance & Taxation:
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and assist with filing requirements.
- Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments.
- Coordinate with consultants on international compliance, forex transactions, and cross-border taxation.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management:
- Assist in monitoring cash flows, working capital, and fund requirements.
- Handle vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and treasury activities.
- Ensure timely settlement of domestic and international transactions.
Process Improvement & Systems:
- Contribute to automation of financial processes and system improvements.
- Maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, supply chain) to streamline financial processes.
Requirements:
- CA-Inter/ MBA Finance
- 2–4 years in accounting, finance, or FP&A (E-commerce/Retail/Consumer Goods preferred).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/Accounting software and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of international transactions, forex, and compliance is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country business environment
