Financial Operations Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and financially savvy professional to lead our end-to-end finance and accounting operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage a team, and liaise effectively with external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closures.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements in compliance with applicable laws.
- Coordinate with external accountants for tax planning, filing of GST, TDS, and income tax returns.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the business.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely monthly management reports including profit and loss statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance analysis.
- Support decision-making by providing financial insights and MIS to management.
- Assist in investor reporting requirements and due diligence processes.
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls.
- Optimize financial processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Qualified CA/CPA/ICWA/CA Intermediate with 2-3 years of relevant experience across finance and accounting.
Skills:
- Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of laws.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
