Financial Operations Manager

Job Overview
Our company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to oversee and manage the full spectrum of our accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in financial management, including budgeting, variance analysis, and cost control techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including multi-entity accounting, consolidations, compliance, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor budgets and forecasts.
- Manage cash flows and working capital effectively.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and vendor/client reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable with timely follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with taxation, statutory filings, and audit requirements.
- Prepare and present MIS reports, variance analysis, and financial insights.
- Establish and monitor internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, M.com).
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial management.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end accounting operations, preferably using cloud-based accounting software.
- Strong proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Working knowledge of taxation laws, statutory compliance, and audit processes.
