About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the European sales team by providing sales operations support, including bookings reporting, forecasting, CRM classifications, funnel analysis, and commission calculations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare weekly and monthly bookings reports to provide accurate financial information to the European business.
  • Assist with the monthly bookings forecast process to ensure timely and accurate forecasting.
  • Analyze monthly forecast variances to identify key drivers and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, IT, accounts receivable, and project management to ensure accurate financials for the European business.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance.
  • Assist with the annual Global Plan of Sale (GPS) process to ensure accurate sales planning.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM, including customer and industry classifications.
  • Assist with monthly commission and bonus calculations for accrual and payroll.
  • Set up new sales personnel and teams in the system based on staffing changes.
  • Assist with the creation of annual commission plan appendices as approved by sales management.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work through challenging and frustrating issues with a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • High-energy individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive results.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and cross-regionally to support the European sales team.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and identify trends.
  • Strong system skills, especially in Excel, Salesforce, and SAP.
  • Experience in working with a business intelligence tool, such as Power BI or Tableau, is an advantage but not required.
Education and Experience

A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or an Analytical field is required. 5+ years of professional experience supporting a Sales organization is also required.
