The Customer Support Associate (CSA) role involves providing exceptional customer service by addressing player queries via email and Discord, troubleshooting game issues, and escalating product-related issues to internal teams.
- Answering player support queries via Email and Discord
- Troubleshooting game issues via Email and Discord
- Answering player queries about features and functionalities of the clients service offerings
- Answering questions regarding game issues and making recommendations
- Escalate product related issues to internal teams & close loop
To excel in this role, you should have excellent written communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and demonstrate high emotional intelligence.
">Required Skills & Qualifications:Key qualifications include 3-6 months of experience in customer support, a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, and a background check must be successfully passed.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Post secondary degree is a plus
