Key Role Description

Territory growth and achievement of targets require strategic planning and monitoring market dynamics. This role involves executing initiatives, maintaining profitability, and optimizing loss ratios.

Role & Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Growth Initiatives
  • Drive agency channel strategy to achieve territory-wide targets and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and gain strategic insights to inform business decisions.
  • Execute growth initiatives while maintaining profitability and optimal loss ratios.
Channel Development and Partner Management
  • Lead efforts in agent recruitment, activation, development programs, local marketing campaigns, training programs, broker engagement activities, and relationship building with channel partners.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Customer Acquisition and Retention
  • Establish strategic partnerships with fleet owners and key commercial clients to drive customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to maximize policy renewals.
Team Leadership and Performance Management
  • Manage manpower planning, drive productivity optimization, lead performance management, training, capability development, mentor senior team members, and manage succession planning for leadership continuity.
