Job Title: Sr. Operations Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to assume the role of Sr. Operations Executive, specializing in Governance, Risk and Compliance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in ServiceNow administration, with hands-on experience in GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) modules, as well as the ability to ensure platform stability, integrations, and compliance processes.

This position involves:

  1. Administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform, including GRC modules;
  2. Performing DevOps activities, such as code deployments across environments;
  3. Developing and implementing fixes for production defects;
  4. Monitoring and managing ServiceNow integrations with external systems;
  5. Resolving ServiceNow incidents and providing root cause analysis;
  6. Maintaining user roles, permissions, and platform stability;
  7. Supporting audits and compliance reporting;
  8. Ensuring smooth platform upgrades and patches;
  9. Automating operational tasks to improve efficiency;
  10. Maintaining detailed operational documentation and runbooks;

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of ServiceNow administration experience;
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC modules;
  • Certifications (mandatory): ServiceNow CSA, GRC Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Fundamentals, GRC Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Implementation;
  • Experience in ServiceNow support & maintenance, including incident resolution;
  • Proven experience with code deployments, integration monitoring, and defect fixes;
  • Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes;
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management;
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI) is a plus;
