We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients in Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls, resolving issues and answering queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team-oriented environment, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and management.
- Experience in Call Center environments, handling incoming and outgoing calls, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong English communication and people skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to multitask and operate multiple applications simultaneously.
- Flexibility in schedule, including extended or extra shifts, to meet business needs.
