Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Hiring Professional to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, mass hiring, and campus recruitment. They will be responsible for taking interviews, hiring through referrals, and having their own connections to source candidates.

The selected candidate will also have expertise in handling BPO projects, including IT and non-IT profiles. Additionally, they must have knowledge of database management and be able to maintain an up-to-date candidate database.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bulk Hiring: The candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale hiring processes, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
  • Campus Recruitment: The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent from universities and colleges.
  • Database Management: The candidate will be responsible for maintaining an accurate and up-to-date candidate database.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and candidates.
