Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager. This role is ideal for someone who excels in portfolio growth, financial analysis, and compliance.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for cross-selling financial products and services to achieve budgetary targets for Net Interest Income (NII) and fee income.
  • The individual will analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess client performance and risks.
  • They will also develop insights to enhance client portfolios and ensure strict compliance with all audit, regulatory, and company regulations, processes, and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Growth:
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through cross-selling of financial products and services.
    • Analyze client data to identify opportunities for growth and improve portfolio performance.
  • Financial Analysis:
    • Assess client financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
    • Monitor market trends and adjust client portfolios accordingly.
  • Compliance:
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of client information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
