Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Portfolio Associate II. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining records of portfolio artifacts, approvals, prioritizations, and decisions to ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and portfolio management standards.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and communicate portfolio insights and trends to prepare portfolio data. You will work closely with the portfolio manager to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations based on findings.

In addition, you will provide support to the portfolio manager in data entry, report preparation, and presentations. You will also ensure adequate governance by maintaining proper controls over portfolio processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of portfolio artifacts, approvals, prioritizations, and decisions.
  • Collect, analyze, and communicate portfolio insights and trends to prepare portfolio data.
  • Support the portfolio manager in data entry, report preparation, and presentations.
  • E nsure adequate governance by maintaining proper controls over portfolio processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in project reporting and financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and communicate portfolio insights and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global delivery environment.

Candidates must possess a detail-oriented mindset and be able to work effectively as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and financial management software.
