Job Title: Assistant Manager Human Resources

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager.

This role will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, handling employee relations and grievances, and preparing HR reports using MS Excel.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Source, screen, and hire top talent to fill various roles within the organization.
  • Onboarding: Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires feel welcome and integrated into the team.
  • Payroll: Manage payroll processing, including salary payments, benefits, and other compensation-related activities.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changing legislation and standards.
  • HR Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment and support business objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Foster strong relationships with employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and procedures, as well as proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
Education:

Masters' Degree or MBA in Human Resource Management is preferred but not mandatory.
