Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Sales:
- Develop a robust sales pipeline by leveraging various outreach channels – email, WhatsApp, calls, or networking.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting → discovery calls → pitching → closing deals.
- Sustain a healthy sales pipeline through continuous effort and dedication.
- Client Communication & Relationship Building:
- Lead client calls and meetings, identify business challenges, tailor pitches to their needs, and build lasting trust.
- Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work in tandem with delivery teams to ensure seamless project handovers.
- Share valuable feedback from prospects to enhance our offerings and pitches.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2–6 years in business development/client acquisition within a digital marketing agency.
- Track Record: Proven success in securing high-ticket projects (websites, SEO, content, performance, and digital marketing).
- Outreach Skills: Familiarity with multiple outreach channels (email, cold email, WhatsApp, calls, etc.).
- Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (tech knowledge is a plus).
- International Client Experience: Worked with clients in UAE, Asia, US.
