Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Sales:
    • Develop a robust sales pipeline by leveraging various outreach channels – email, WhatsApp, calls, or networking.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting → discovery calls → pitching → closing deals.
    • Sustain a healthy sales pipeline through continuous effort and dedication.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Building:
    • Lead client calls and meetings, identify business challenges, tailor pitches to their needs, and build lasting trust.
  • Collaboration & Strategy:
    • Work in tandem with delivery teams to ensure seamless project handovers.
    • Share valuable feedback from prospects to enhance our offerings and pitches.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–6 years in business development/client acquisition within a digital marketing agency.
  • Track Record: Proven success in securing high-ticket projects (websites, SEO, content, performance, and digital marketing).
  • Outreach Skills: Familiarity with multiple outreach channels (email, cold email, WhatsApp, calls, etc.).
  • Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field (tech knowledge is a plus).
  • International Client Experience: Worked with clients in UAE, Asia, US.
