Job Opportunity: HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations and drive employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage talent acquisition for diverse roles, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Handle payroll, salaries, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances with precision.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, track attendance, and utilize HRMS tools effectively.
  • Develop employee engagement initiatives, address grievances, and organize team events.
  • Execute exit formalities in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with management as a strategic HR partner while maintaining approachability for employees.
  • Organize employee engagement events and foster a positive work culture.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 4–7 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Prior experience in Real Estate HR is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and employee-handling skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational ability with a track record of timely delivery is crucial.
  • Hands-on knowledge of HRMS platforms is preferred.
