Key HR Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and maintain our Sage People HR system, ensuring data integrity and optimal workflow processes.

The role involves providing first-line support for system-related queries, as well as acting as the primary contact for Sage People queries. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing workflows that align with business policies and supporting the entire employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the Sage People HR system, including data integrity and workflow processes
  • Act as first-line support for system-related queries, including triaging helpdesk tickets
  • Provide second-line support for system-related queries from the wider business
  • Develop and implement workflows that align with business policies and support the entire employee lifecycle
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of new functionalities across Core HRIS, Talent, Performance, Integrations, Pay Flow, Benefits, and LMS
  • Provide system configuration, troubleshooting, and day-to-day end-user support
  • Produce and interpret reports and dashboards for people analytics, ensuring stakeholders have access to actionable HR data
  • Perform regular audits, system updates, and ensure compliance with data policies
  • Deliver training and documentation to users on system functionality and self-service processes
  • Work collaboratively with IT, Payroll, and external vendors to identify gaps and implement improvements
