Sales Territory Manager

Livspace is revolutionizing the world of interior design with its cutting-edge platform, and we're seeking a seasoned Sales Territory Manager to join our team in Kochi.
As an Associate General Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for driving profitability within your micro territory by owning the P&L and monitoring daily/weekly sales conversion funnels. You will also manage daily sales operations, ensuring the best possible TATs (Time-to-Action) and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores.
We're looking for a dynamic leader who can optimize costs, drive efficiency in the sales funnel, and boost productivity among business managers. Your ability to build a highly motivated and trained team will be key to success.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a seasoned entrepreneur/P&L owner in fast-paced, high-growth setups. A Bachelor's degree and strong first-principle thinking skills are essential. Data-driven decision making and a bias for action are must-haves in this role.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around ₹30-50 lakhs per annum, depending on experience. If you're a go-getter with a customer-centric approach, a strong bias for action, and deep-dive traits, we'd love to hear from you
