Job Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

The primary function of this role is to develop new clients, new markets, and reactivation of existing customers. The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new leads, writing proposals, closing contracts, and developing strategies and sales plans to expand and grow the business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze market dynamics and understand our competitive position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.

2. Sales and Business Development: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, generate new leads, and close contracts to meet sales targets.

3. Sales Planning and Execution: Develop sales strategies, closure plans, and commercial responses to convert opportunities to revenue and hit agreed targets.

4. Communication and Presentation: Produce and deliver high-level presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.

5. Data Management: Maintain all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information.

6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and internal teams on cross-territory opportunities.

Qualifications:

Education: MBA or any graduation in any stream with minimum 50%.

Skills: Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and experience in international sales and the aviation industry.
