Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Order Service Executive, you will be responsible for processing orders, received via manual or online platforms, in defined systems. You will need to interface with internal teams to ensure product or service delivery, while ensuring the integrity and consistency of communication of status information to customers.

Primary Objectives
  • Creation of orders in SAP/C4C, checking all defined parameters for accurate invoicing.
  • Handling customer queries and complaints, escalating complex issues to experts.
  • Maintaining accurate order inputs (customer code, pricing, quantity, products, etc.)
  • Ensuring perfect order fulfillment in every order, following processes for accurate resolution.
  • Monitoring invoicing and timely delivery at customer sites.
  • Releasing orders from credit hold in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Removing order blocks, requiring close coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Closing internal orders by coordinating with channel partners and sales teams.
  • Interacting with sales ops, supply chain, and warehouse teams for product availability and customer order status updates.
  • Creating financial documents in SAP (deferrals, adjustments, rebate agreements) as per business cases.
  • Collecting relevant documents from logistics and customers to trigger the invoicing process.
  • Resolving issues not within your scope, such as price disputes, missing customer POs, or other customer-related issues.
  • Managing customer claims on defective products, coordinating with manufacturing, logistics, and transportation to identify root causes.
  • Maintaining documentation for audit purposes and participating in regular calls with stakeholders.
  • Logging complaints in designated databases for visibility and supporting other functions in complaint closure.
  • Raising CIMR requests to update customer masters or pricing.
