We are seeking an experienced Cisco Voice Support Specialist to join our team in a remote role.

Job Description:

  • This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work on complex Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions & 3rd party Call recording platforms.
  • You will be responsible for supporting advanced Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC & troubleshooting.
  • Your expertise in MACD creation knowledge in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms is essential.
  • You should have a clear understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323 and MGCP, as well as ITIL processes.
  • A strong grasp of Cisco Voice network deployment models and the functioning of voice network devices is required.
  • You should be familiar with VOIP and Performance Management Tools and have experience integrating them with other Tools.
  • You will also need to understand Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogy signalling.
  • This role involves working in a 24/7 business support environment and being ready to respond to issues at any time.

Requirements:

  • Cisco Voice platform experience is mandatory.
  • You should have worked with CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills are essential.
  • You will work closely with Third Party Providers to resolve telecommunication problems and OEMs for incident resolution.
  • This role involves performing advanced remote/on site troubleshooting activities, including system design issues, upgrade plans, and creation of technical product documentation.
  • You will act as a point of contact for all service delivery issues, pending work, and escalations.
  • You should be able to provide team support and process improvements through individual contributions.
  • Maintaining and updating Knowledge Base and documentation, as well as initiating and implementing process improvements, is key.
  • Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written), Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required.
  • UCCE or PCCE Email & Voice communication skills & teamwork are essential.
  • PowerPoint presentation/preparation and good Excel related Analytics skills are necessary.
  • A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Cisco UC, UCCE, Voice gateway, call management, Webex, CVP, VMware, patch management, release management is required.
