Business Development Executive Wanted
Are you a seasoned sales professional with expertise in IT services? We're seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to spearhead new business growth and convert high-value opportunities across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue expansion through strategic outreach and leveraging existing industry connections.
- Develop and mentor Business Development Executives while owning your own high-impact sales pipeline.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and IT Directors.
- Collaborate closely with delivery, technology, and talent teams to create scalable, tailored solutions.
Requirements:
- 7-15 years of total experience with at least 3-5 years in IT services sales.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, outsourcing models, and delivery dynamics.
- Global exposure with experience selling into North America & Europe.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
