Lead Business Expansion

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to spearhead growth across multiple Technical Textile verticals.

About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving business expansion, supplier management, and market penetration. The ideal candidate will possess excellent business acumen, strong sales and marketing skills, and a deep understanding of the technical textile industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
Requirements:
  • 10-25 years of experience in trading/manufacturing setups with a proven track record of business development and sales.
  • Strong understanding of the technical textile industry, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading business expansion initiatives.
  • Familiarity with market research tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
