Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to manage all legal and compliance matters for our organization. This role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, preparing applications and filings, representing the company in proceedings, and closely coordinating with senior advocates and external legal advisors.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage a wide range of legal responsibilities. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, affidavits, and applications, handling compliance-related work across corporate, real estate, and regulatory matters, and representing the company in legal proceedings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: LL.B. degree (LL.M. preferred but not mandatory)
  • Credentials: Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in litigation, compliance, or corporate law (real estate exposure preferred)
  • Skills: Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills, familiarity with regulatory processes, property laws, and commercial law, excellent communication and coordination skills to work with senior lawyers, ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines independently
