
Senior Bid and Proposal Strategist

This is a senior-level position responsible for leading the bid and proposal process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing end-to-end bid processes, conducting research to influence new business opportunities, and crafting compelling proposals that showcase the company's value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bid Process Management: Manage the entire bid lifecycle, including opportunity identification, research, strategy development, and final submission, ensuring compliance with all RFP/RFI/Tender requirements.
- New Business Opportunities: Conduct thorough research to identify and create impactful business opportunities that drive revenue growth.
- Proposal Development: Develop winning strategies that articulate the company's value proposition, in-house model benefits, and creative capabilities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with global and local teams, including creative, client services, production, and technology, to align solutions with client needs.
- Gen AI Integration: Implement Gen AI in research tasks and daily operations to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Creative Storytelling: Craft engaging case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.
- Bid Governance: Ensure bid governance, quality assurance, and adherence to brand standards.
- Performance Metrics: Track bid performance metrics, analyze win/loss trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.
- Success Stories: Proven success in winning large-scale, multi-market contracts.
- Storytelling and Content Writing: Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Tech Savviness: Experience with Gen AI, automation tools, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows.
- Marketing Channels: Understanding of marketing delivery channels (digital, content, social, video production, tech-enabled marketing).
- Procurement Tools: Experience with procurement portals like Coupa, Ariba, TPM etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA: MBA in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Agency Experience: Prior experience in agency pitch management or marketing procurement will be highly valued.
