This role requires a results-driven individual who can develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize growth and visibility in the region. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and Managing Relationships: Building and strengthening relationships with Super Stockists, Distributors, and Wholesalers to drive secondary sales.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Ensuring that monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are consistently met.
- Market Expansion: Identifying and onboarding new Super Stockists and Distributors to expand product reach.
- Monitor Stock Flow: Ensuring seamless availability of products in the market through proper coordination with distribution channels.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize growth and visibility in the region.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with the Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Sales Officers to drive sales performance.
- Market Insights: Gathering and reporting market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to strengthen business strategies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in FMCG/Retail Sales.
- Strong and established relationships with Super Stockists, Distributors, and Wholesalers.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- The ability to expand the distribution network and drive secondary sales.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
