  • Accurate forecasting of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue streams is a crucial task in this role.
  • This position requires identifying opportunities and problem areas, preparing action plans for achieving key sales figures, and presenting sales reports to drive sales target achievement.
  • Sales support functions must be managed effectively, ensuring timely customer work completion.
  • Recruiting, developing, and retaining respective teams by formulating development plans, meeting training needs, and communicating regularly are essential skills for this role.
  • Performance metrics must be recorded and key parameters monitored to increase overall sales personnel productivity.
  • Incentive structures and sales promotion schemes must be used to drive performance.
  • Market feedback must be collected and periodic updates provided to management for policy and strategy formulation.
  • Targeted accounts must be penetrated, and sales opportunities originated for company products and services.
  • Daily sales presentations, product/service demonstrations with the team are required.
  • Systematic follow-up with client organizations is necessary for timely sales pitch closure.
  • All payments must be collected according to company payment terms.
  • Maintenance of adherence to sales processes and requirements is crucial.

Requirements:

  • An MBA from a premier college with 5+ years of experience in Sales/Acquisition/Retention is required.
  • Prior experience in handling a team of 100+ individuals (at least 4-year+ experience) is preferred.
