
Support Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Associate to support our Client Recruiter and Hire+ Program Manager. This role is ideal for someone who understands recruitment coordination, is comfortable with data management, forms, and communication, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
About the Job:
- Schedule candidate interviews and manage calendar coordination to ensure smooth execution of hiring processes.
- Send follow-up emails and interview reminders to candidates and interviewers to maintain open communication channels.
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking sheets and status updates to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in sourcing candidates or talent mapping by region when needed to expand the candidate pool.
- Conduct basic salary research or benchmarking using available tools to inform compensation decisions.
- Maintain and regularly update role trackers and dashboards to provide visibility into hiring pipeline.
- Monitor role intake forms and emails to track incoming hiring requests and ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate with partner recruiters based on open roles and hiring corridor to leverage additional resources.
- Ensure clarity around incoming roles, deadlines, and status follow-ups to maintain alignment with stakeholders.
- Keep internal documentation and forms organized and up-to-date to facilitate efficient hiring processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Detail-Oriented: A high level of attention to detail is required to manage multiple threads and timelines effectively.
- Communicative: The ability to draft and send clear, professional emails is essential for effective communication with candidates and interviewers.
- Process-Aware: Familiarity with how recruitment works, especially in fast-paced or international settings, is necessary to navigate complex hiring processes.
- Proactive: The ability to spot gaps and take initiative to fix them is critical to ensuring smooth hiring processes.
- Quick Learner: Willingness to pick up new tools or systems as needed is essential for adapting to changing hiring processes.
Bonus Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment coordination, sourcing, or HR administration is desirable but not required.
- Familiarity with international hiring or remote/global teams can be beneficial in this role.
- A basic understanding of hiring funnels, sourcing channels, and salary ranges can help inform recruitment strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
