Product Operations Specialist

Job Overview:

The Product Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in the successful implementation and support of cross-border payment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate configurations of new originating institutions within prescribed service level agreements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve overall implementation expectations.
  • Track onboarding pipelines and follow up on pending details or confirmations from sales teams and originating institutions.
  • Highlight anomalies in configuration data and diligently follow up to obtain desired details.
  • Support user acceptance testing for new functionality linked to configuration.
  • Activate new corridors, products/channels, pricing changes, branch additions, demographic changes, etc. for existing originating institutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on configuration-related requirements.
  • Maintain records of configuration requests for addressing future queries.
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve issues raised by originating institutions.
  • Provide metrics required by product management teams relating to originating institution portfolios, pipelines, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Technology with minimum 4 years experience in financial services industry.
  • Self-starter and quick learner with ability to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and flexibility to handle rapidly changing scenarios.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and manage complex implementation projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong data and financial analysis skills and experience.
  • Superior communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Security Responsibility: All activities involving access to assets, information, and networks require adherence to security policies and practices, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of accessed information, reporting suspected security violations, and completing periodic mandatory security trainings.
