About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled CPQ Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing our Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline Quote-to-Cash processes and ensure our systems meet evolving business needs.
  • Partner with Sales, Contracts, Order Management, and Finance to understand current and future processes.
  • Design scalable CPQ solutions in collaboration with IT Architects.
  • Document Quote-to-Cash workflows and system architecture.
  • Configure and manage CPQ components: product/pricing rules, approvals, templates, digital signatures, workflows, UI changes.
  • Maintain system documentation and operating instructions.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 10+ years in systems analysis and implementation (ERP/CRM/Quote-to-Cash).
  • 5+ years working with Sales teams on CRM/CPQ projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Apttus CPQ (Product, Pricing, Approvals).
  • Advanced Salesforce administration (Profiles, Workflows, Process Builder).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning).
  • Salesforce and CPQ certifications are a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
