Financial Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to join our team as a Financial Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of financial product solutions.

About You

  • You must have a basic qualification and 5+ years of consulting experience, preferably in an ERP application such as Workday or SAP.
  • You should have at least 8 years of functional experience in Financials, Revenue, Spend software solutions or systems.
  • You should have demonstrated strong client and stakeholder engagements to achieve project objectives.
  • You should be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You should possess sound analytical problem-solving and documentation skills.

Benefits

  • Master at least 2 modules in the Workday Financial product suite (Procure to pay, spend management, customer, project billing).
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and configure the Workday solution.
  • You will assist clients in testing the Workday solution and help them convert legacy data into Workday.
  • You will collaborate with the Integration Consulting team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions.
  • You will ensure that clients take advantage of Workday's proven solutions.
  • You will mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants.

  • You should have a Master/ MBA degree.
