Senior Financial Implementation Specialist

As an experienced financial specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of ERP projects across various financial modules.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to design, configure, and deploy solutions that meet organizational objectives.

This is a purely implementation-focused role, with no end-user support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the finance workstream during ERP implementation projects.
  • Conduct workshops to gather finance and accounting requirements from stakeholders.
  • Configure and deploy financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Costing, etc.).
  • Design and implement Netlink-based workflows, forms, and finance integrations.
  • Collaborate with technical consultants to define functional specifications for custom developments and reporting needs.
  • Drive fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional documentation for finance processes.
  • Conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT) for financial modules.
  • Provide guidance during data migration, cutover, and go-live phases.
  • Train super users and contribute to project knowledge.

This role requires strong Netlink expertise and experience in implementing end-to-end ERP solutions.

Required Skills: Proficiency in Netlink, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with ERP systems.
