Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as central point of contact for customers throughout the processing implementation project lifecycle.
  • Provide testing expertise and support to customers for all products and services.
  • Advise customers' processing support staff on implementation activities.
  • Define, create, maintain, and document standard and non-standard key customer processing implementation processes.
  • Develop training programs for CIS organization, other Mastercard organizations, and the customer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Exact Sciences, Business, or equivalent work experience.
  • Basic experience in Information Technology system knowledge, with strong understanding of network technology, applications, and project management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to leverage these skills in a teaching environment.
  • Ability to interact with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Mobile payment background and basic API understanding.
  • Fluent in English, with multilingualism being a plus (Russian, French, Spanish).
