About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Airline Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of aviation business operations, including crew management, flight scheduling, and airline regulations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions to ensure timely completion with quality.
- Improve existing business processes using aviation expertise.
- Communicate between onshore and offshore teams to maximize capabilities.
- Provide status reports to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with aviation regulations, including crew legality rules, document management, and generic payroll regulations.
- Experience dealing with immigration departments to manage crew management and master crew management.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in ROCADE Crew Control Application to manage crew BCQ, legality, recency, rostering, etc.
- Support team leads with information to help remove process bottlenecks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Australia Aviation Domain.
- Working knowledge of ROCADE Crew Control Application.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Documentation skills.
- Ability to elicit requirements from customers.
- Analytical Reasoning.
