Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of our Oracle HCM Cloud systems.

This is a key role in our organization, requiring strong technical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of the Oracle HCM Cloud systems.
  • Develop HCM Extracts for reporting, analysis, and integration with other systems.
  • Develop Reports using BI Publisher.
  • Perform data conversion using HDL.
  • Develop fast formulas.
  • Familiarize yourself with at least two HCM modules, including Core HR.
  • Understand Redwood framework.
  • Understand Journey configuration.
  • Perform Page personalizations and customizations using VBS.
  • Migrate existing page personalizations to Redwood using VBS.
  • Develop integrations using REST APIs.
  • Nice to have OIC development skills & experience.
  • Nice to have VB development skills & experience.
  • Prepare and submit technical documentation.
  • Participate in requirement collection discussion with business.
  • Manage integration between HCM Cloud and external applications or systems within the organization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Provide training and support to business users.
  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure data security, backup, and recovery plans are in place and effective.
  • Collaborate with the Oracle Support on issues that require escalated support.
