Key Job Role:

  • Implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Solutions

Oracle HCM Cloud Functional consultants are required to have a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to map these processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

The ideal candidate will possess SME skills in either of the following Oracle HCM Cloud modules:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Absence
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Talent & Learn

Responsibilities include:

  1. Process Mapping: Conduct workshops with stakeholders to identify as-is processes and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  2. Functional Design: Ability to build/review functional design specification documents, designing complex enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
  3. Configuration: Ability to configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules.
  4. Team Collaboration: Has worked with small and large teams, possessing excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  5. Project Lifecycle Knowledge: Has knowledge of different aspects of life cycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
