We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional expert to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various modules within the Oracle Cloud HCM platform.
Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their requirements and mapping them to the features of the product. You will need to have a good understanding of Fast Formulas and be proficient in identifying gaps and proposing potential workarounds.
Apart from technical skills, you should also have strong communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage scope and customer expectations. You must be able to provide out-of-the-box solutions when required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in Absence and OTL modules of Oracle HCM Cloud
- Good understanding and work experience in Fast Formulas
- Working experience of another module other than Absence and OTL is also required
- Proposal creation and responses to RFP with overall solution
- Understanding client's support needs and delivery models that would suit the client
You will be responsible for ownership of delivery and customer relationship for the project that is being managed, including mentoring and guidance to the project team, quality tracking, and team feedback.
