Job Overview

The ideal candidate will serve as a Cloud HCM Technical Expert, possessing comprehensive knowledge and in-depth expertise within the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) suite. This individual will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to various stakeholders.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including functional leaders, business partners, and technical experts, to resolve production tickets, implement enhancements, and ensure seamless system performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of technical solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and effective technical support.
  • Participate in the design, development, and testing of new features and enhancements.
  • Provide input on technical specifications and requirements.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 8+ years of experience in ERP implementation, with a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM functional modules.
  • Cloud technical expertise with Oracle Cloud HCM in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools.
