HCM Implementation Specialist
">Job Description- This role involves overseeing the implementation of Oracle HCM modules across various locations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Lead and manage end-to-end implementation process for all Oracle HCM modules
- Collaborate with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues
- Oversee configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices
- Develop and deliver training materials and user guides
- Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products
- Proven experience in implementing Oracle HCM modules globally
- Strong technical skills and ability to work with various systems
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to travel extensively
As a key player in driving HR technology initiatives, you will have opportunities to optimize business processes and enhance user experience across the enterprise. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering training materials and user guides to support the smooth adoption of the system.
