HCM Time & Absence Implementation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation and ongoing management of Oracle HCM Time and Absence modules. As the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will ensure optimal configuration of the system aligned with organizational policies and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Absence modules and business processes, with experience in configuring and implementing Oracle HCM Time & Absence. Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into functional and technical configurations, analyzing and documenting business requirements, configuring and maintaining Oracle Time and Absence modules, designing and implementing time and attendance solutions, and collaborating with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to integrate Oracle Time & Absence with other Oracle HCM modules and third-party systems.

Responsibilities also include leading testing efforts, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to time and absence configuration and functionality, developing training materials, conducting training sessions for end-users and HR teams, and providing post-implementation support.
