We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of HCM Functional Consultant – Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

This position involves providing expert-level support for the implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configuration and Customization: Implement and configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud to meet business requirements, including setup of job requisitions, candidate tracking, and offer management.
  • Implementation and Support: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR systems.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategies: Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance talent acquisition processes, leveraging Oracle Recruiting Cloud features to improve candidate engagement and hiring efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with at least 5 years specifically in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Recruiting Cloud configuration and customizations, including knowledge of APIs, Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, OTBI, and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
  • Functional Skills: Strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes, including requisition management, candidate tracking, and offer workflows.
  • Certifications: Oracle Recruiting Cloud certification preferred.
