Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Technical/Functional or Techno Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions.

  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to EBS is required for this position.
  • Process flow management, setup, and common solutions to modules in HCM are essential skills for the ideal candidate.
  • A HCM Functional consultant should have experience in at least 3 modules: Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit, and HR Help Desk.
  • In the technical side, expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions is necessary.
  • Experience in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula and other related technologies is also required.
  • The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective techno-functional support for enterprise business processes.
