Oracle HCM EBS Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Oracle EBS HCM Consultant. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and providing functional support for Oracle EBS HCM modules, primarily Core HR and Payroll.

The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll; working knowledge of SSHR or iRecruitment is desirable. They will also be able to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM. Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams for custom development is essential.

We require the ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth delivery of project milestones. Ongoing post-implementation support to end-users is also crucial. If you are an Immediate Joiner holding a valid Indian passport and willing to travel to the Middle East onsite as per project needs, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and provide functional support for Oracle EBS HCM modules, primarily Core HR and Payroll.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities.
  • Prepare functional design documents (MD50/70) and coordinate with technical teams for customizations.
  • Assist in testing, user training, and data migration activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth delivery of project milestones.
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support to end-users.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of functional experience in Oracle EBS HCM (On-Premise) R12.
  • Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll; working knowledge of SSHR or iRecruitment is desirable.
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM.
  • Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams for custom development.
  • Must be an Immediate Joiner.
  • Must hold a valid Indian passport and be willing to travel to the Middle East onsite as per project needs.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
