Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior L3 UCCE and Release Management Specialist. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in supporting Cisco UCCE, UCCX, PCCE solutions, and 3rd party Call recording platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of VOIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, and MGCP, as well as Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogy signalling.

In addition to technical expertise, the selected candidate will possess excellent communication and conversation skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a 24/7 business support environment.

The role requires the ability to work with third-party providers and OEMs to resolve telecommunication issues, perform advanced remote/on-site troubleshooting, and provide team support and process improvements.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Cisco UC, UCCE, Voice gateway, call management, Webex, CVP, VMware, patch management, and release management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting Experience on Cisco UCCE / UCCX / PCCE solutions & 3rd party Call recording platforms.
  • Basic Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC & troubleshooting.
  • MACD creation knowledge in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms.
  • Clear understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323 and MGCP.
  • Understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogy signalling.
  • Knowledge and use of VOIP and Performance Management Tools and integration experience with other Tools
  • Experience on Cisco Voice platform.
  • Work experience on CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with third-party providers and OEMs to resolve telecommunication issues.
  • Advanced remote/on-site troubleshooting activities encompassing system design issues, upgrade plans, creation of technical product documentation, up gradation & site coordination.
  • Act as a point of contact for all service delivery issues/ pending work/ escalations.
  • Provide team support and process improvements through individual contributions.
  • Maintain and Update Knowledge Base and documentation & Initiate and implement processes improvements.
